# Saturday prospect evidence and route memo Checked October 17, 2026. This is a research handoff, not a completed visual audit, a set of qualified buyers, or proof of any business's marketing budget. No calls, forms, messages, bookings or outreach were sent. The ten-candidate list is preserved even when Saturday access is poor. ## Most useful finding The best concrete website-improvement stories are **Anna's upholstery, Cove Shoe Repair, Galaxy Furniture, Tyler Fabricators, and Swift Cleaners**. These are observable content/contact/qualification opportunities. We have not measured Google rankings, mobile conversion, traffic or lost revenue. Air-Ref and Premium Kitchens already have substantial modern content and conversion paths; pitch a narrow measurement/campaign experiment or leave them as relationship backups, not an insulting generic redesign. The strongest improvement finding from the recovered Muse list is Anna's: source content contains an unfinished title, empty product area, generic business copyright, and a contact link using a placeholder address. The website matches the Boca upholstery shop at 134 NW16th Street, not the similarly named interior-design company found on Houzz. Its photos and testimonials need authentication before reuse. ## Core ten, by requested bucket | Bucket | Business | Saturday viability | Evidence-backed pitch opening | |---|---|---|---| | Quick website | Anna's Designs Upholstery & Alterations | Listings say9–3 and9–5; reach before3, confirm | Finish the incomplete site and organize real upholstery work around a useful project inquiry | | Quick website | Cove / Shoe & Luggage Repair of Boca | Primary+directories9–4 | Replace contact-page location-link clutter with a focused repair/drop-off journey | | Quick website | Swift Cleaners | Primary closes2; directories1/1:30 | Reconcile hours; give pickup/delivery its own inquiry path | | High-value SEO | Tyler Fabricators | Independent listing closed; primary silent | Explain real steel projects and gather useful contractor bid information | | High-value SEO | Galaxy Furniture Design Center | Primary+directory10–5 | Correct contact/link hygiene; turn showroom collections into consultation inquiries | | High-value SEO | Tropical Flames | Appointment only | Separate custom installed outdoor-kitchen consultations from product browsing | | HVAC | Island Air Conditioning | Primary office closed; emergency on-call only | Replacement-inquiry concept using real local team proof; investigate source placeholders | | HVAC | South Florida Air Conditioning | Office hours unknown; emergency24/7 only | Test a concise replacement landing page against long keyword-heavy content | | HVAC | Air-Ref | Primary explicitly says office8–1 | Ask about replacement/commercial campaign measurement; existing site is substantial | | Flexible backup | Premium Kitchens | Primary showroom9:30–5 | High-ticket local project campaign/relationship discovery; current site is already strong | **A $500 entry offer is Ravi's proposed scope, not a budget these businesses have disclosed.** A narrowly scoped single page/contact cleanup may fit it; a full multi-page rebuild, booking system, ongoing SEO and unlimited edits do not. High-value work could support acquisition spending, but that depends on contribution margin, capacity, close rate and attribution—not gross job revenue alone. ## Comparison with prior Muse/Codex leads - **South Florida Air** retained as HVAC. Contact address corroborated by primary and Carrier dealer listing. Emergency availability is not walk-in-office proof. - **PerfecTemp** not a top redesign fit. Current primary site explicitly announces a rebrand/new website and has financing, service content and online scheduling. AllBiz says Saturday closed. Sources: [site](https://myperfectemp.com/), [listing](https://www.allbiz.com/business/perfectemp_13x-561-737-1800). - **Erica's Plumbing/Air/Restoration** not a bad-site target. Current primary has detailed city/service pages, structured forms and extensive review claims. Only24/7 service established; no sales-office visit assurance. Sources: [contact](https://www.ericasplumbing.com/contact-us/), [Boca services](https://www.ericasplumbing.com/boca-raton/), [BBB address](https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/boca-raton/profile/plumber/ericas-plumbing-air-conditioning-and-restoration-0633-90031498). - **Spectrum Fine Cabinetry** good business category but primary FAQ lists Monday–Friday9–5 and a detailed consultation/process system. No Saturday walk-in proof; do not route there. [FAQ](https://spectrumkitchens.com/faqs/). - **Tropical Flames** retained for project value but Saturday is appointment-only, Sunday/Monday closed. Its existing gallery is substantial, so the hypothesis is a better installation consultation funnel, not lack of work proof. [Contact](https://www.tropicalflames.com/contact-us). - **Premium Kitchens** retained as flexible Saturday showroom backup, not a claim of weak marketing. Primary has recent articles and clear consultation pages. [Boca hours](https://premiumkitchens.com/contact-us/boca-raton/). - **Sylvia & Marie** held. Historical Muse says permanently closed. Existing primary site says Saturday10–4, but two refreshed directories say closed and address numbers conflict. A live stale site does not establish an operating shop. Do not build or visit without stronger evidence. Record retained under heldProspects in JSON. - **Delray Auto** resolved here to Delray Auto Repair & Quick Lube at765NE6thAve, not Delray Auto Mall or Delray Tire & Auto. Fresh primary and listings agree Saturday7:30–2. Added as a strong Saturday alternative. [Primary](https://www.delrayautorepair.net/). - **Flawless Automotive Repair** is a real established shop with strong review activity, but SureCritic/CARFAX agree Saturday8–11, incompatible with noon start. Do not route there. [SureCritic](https://www.surecritic.com/reviews/flawless-automotive-repair-inc), [CARFAX](https://www.carfax.com/Reviews-Flawless-Automotive-Repair-Inc-Delray-Beach-FL_FN7KZSCJX9). - **Cove Shoe Repair** promoted to core quick website list. Primary confirms Saturday9–4 and exact public address. [Contact](https://www.shoerepairbocaraton.com/contact-us.html). - **Anna's Designs Upholstery** promoted to core quick website list. Match phone/address/domain carefully; a separate interior designer uses a similar name. [Primary](https://www.annasdesignupholstery.net/), [Nextdoor9–3](https://nextdoor.com/pages/annadsign-marine-canvas-upholstery-boca-raton-fl/), [Localo9–5](https://annas-designsupholstery.localo.site/). - **Florida Cooling Group** not selected for Saturday: Chamber and BBB both say Saturday closed. Listings disagree on Lantana, Delray and Boca premises; don't visit a possible home/registration address. [Chamber](https://web.delraybeach.com/members/member/florida-cooling-group-llc-19791), [BBB](https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/lantana/profile/air-conditioning-contractor/florida-cooling-group-llc-0633-92048856), [business microsite](https://florida-cooling-group-boca-raton.localo.site/). - **Cousin's Air** primary gives3300SW15thSt Deerfield and24/7; no confirmed Saturday sales-office opening. Detailed site/form already exists. Lower priority for this route. [Primary](https://www.cousinsair.com/schedule-service/). - **Around The Clock, Pro Comfort, All Time, Prime, AMI, Astro** remain historical names, not freshly qualified leads. Not substituted into the route merely to achieve a count. - **Steven Sellers** remains an earlier candidate outside core10; earlier textual findings need refresh/visual validation and office-hours proof. Not discarded as a business, simply lower Saturday usefulness. - **Premier Construction / Sandhill** not forced into core. Prior fetch failure isn't evidence of a broken site; Sandhill already had substantial service content. Additional research required before pitching. - **IRPM/Kovaleski** requires the historical conflict check. Not a cold lead in this pack. **Builder's East** is Ravi's existing proof, not a prospect. ## Saturday route interpretation The main route file is a conservative **eight-business circuit**, with alternative stops to choose nine or ten if opening checks and live traffic allow. This is not a reduced prospect list: all10 core and5 additional researched alternatives are in the data. Four core businesses are unsuitable for unannounced Saturday visits. Keeping them in the sales list does not justify routing to closed offices. Start/end assumed Midtown Delray public entrance,2200Bloods Grove Circle. Driving; noon departure; return by5. Travel times are planning estimates based on geography, not directions-API results, not live traffic, and not a claim of mathematical optimization. The public-source addresses/hours are evidence; the timed order is our planning judgment. Main order: Air-Ref → Swift → Delray Auto → Premium Kitchens → Anna's Upholstery → Cove Shoe Repair → Supreme Window Coverings → Galaxy Furniture → Midtown. Full time windows, conditions and small-leg Google Maps links are in route.json. To make this nine without starting earlier, use **Aloha between Air-Ref and Swift only if Swift confirms it stays open until1:30 or2**: Air-Ref12:10–12:25; Aloha12:30–12:45; Swift12:55–1:10; Delray Auto1:20–1:40. Then Premium1:55–2:10 and retain later route. It is tighter and should not be promised before checking actual drive times. Aloha's primary/current listing agree2000N Federal and9–1; an older closure listing is at a different address and remains a reason to confirm. A possible tenth is **Sav-On**, same plaza as Supreme. Only add if there is enough time to enter each before its4pm close, rather than arriving at closing or rushing a useful meeting. If late, skip lower-priority showroom backups; do not rush Anna/Cove or visit closed offices. If a good conversation runs long, the count is less important than a real next step. No business owner or decision maker has confirmed availability. The sensible immediate outcome of a walk-in is permission to show a two-minute concept and a named next step, not an assumed same-day sale. ## Demo evidence cautions - Referenced image URLs in JSON came from the businesses' own web pages. Most image fetches returned cache errors, so they are source-identified, not visually checked or licensed for publication. - Island Air explicitly carries a restrictive image-reuse notice; assets are references only until permission. Cove's decorative imagery has third-party Creative Commons credits; don't misrepresent it as Cove's repair work. - Some real portfolio images may expose customer details; check before placing into a concept. Do not invent projects, badges, reviews, client results, awards or guarantees. - No primary asset URL was successfully extracted for Cove or Swift; use a clean typographic concept or obtain an approved image, never substitute stock as verified work. - Tyler photo filenames do not establish client, completion date or city. Tropical gallery does label several project cities; preserve exact provenance. - Source-rendered placeholder text can be hidden in a desktop/mobile carousel. Phrase findings as source observations until rendered inspection confirms user-facing behavior. - Builder's East and Danny Rampelli case-study numbers are unverified; leave proof metrics blank until supported. ## Files - prospects.json —10 core,5 alternatives,1 held record; source URLs, hours status, asset references, opportunities and questions. - route.json —timed estimated route and Google Maps links. - evidence-memo.md —comparison, findings, caveats and route logic.
